Kathy has been a licensed REALTO for more than 16 years and carries with her a wealth of experience and expertise not to mention a great passion for the industry. After graduating from St. Benedict Academy, she worked as a billing and accounts receivable specialist. Kathy later reached a point in her life where she wanted flexibility and the opportunity to be her own boss. Real estate offered both and was a perfect fit with her outgoing and caring personality. The more she learned about real estate, the more she realized she’d found the perfect career.

Over the years, Kathy has been a consistent million dollar producer. While she is knowledgeable in all faucets of the real estate industry, she prides herself as being a residential listing specialist. She also has a special talent when it comes to guiding first time homebuyers through their first real estate transaction.

Kathy’s proven track record is the result of hard work, dedication and a genuine interest in helping people. She is a very optimistic person and treats all her clients with kindness and respect. She understands the complexities of the real estate industry and will spend as much time as necessary to help her clients find exactly what their looking for.

Kathy is married with three children and five grandchildren. In addition to being devoted to her family, Kathy has a strong sense of community. She is a volunteer with the Hamot Aid Society, where she puts her bookkeeping skills to work as an assistant treasurer to the Board. Her other interests include golf, reading and theatre.
